- Mandatory: Valid CAAM Aircraft Maintenance License (Basic / Cat A / B / C)
- Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance & technical documentation (aviation/airlines environment only)
- Minimum 1 year experience in compliance, auditing & management systems
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, CAAM Part 145 & CAMO

- Chartered Accountant (CA) registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) is preferred.
- Professional qualification or progress towards ACCA, CPA Australia, MICPA, or CIMA is an advantage.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience for Accountant level; 5 years and above for Finance Manager level.
- Knowledge of MFRS, corporate tax, SST, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Experience in audit coordination and internal control compliance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of general HR experience, including at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS regulations.
- Experience in employee relations, disciplinary matters, domestic inquiries, and HR compliance.
- Experience managing recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compensation and benefits.
- Experience with performance management, KPI/OKR implementation, and employee development programmes.
- Familiar with HRIS and payroll platforms such as Kakitangan, Swingvy, altHR, Info-Tech, or SAP.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong conflict-resolution, stakeholder-management, and analytical skills.

- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in corporate accounting or audit.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and the Companies Act 2016.
- Experience in full-set accounts, month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Knowledge of SST, corporate tax submissions, and e-Invoicing compliance.
- Proficient in ERP or accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, SQL Accounting, AutoCount, or Xero.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- ACCA, CPA Australia, MICPA, or CIMA membership/partial qualification is an advantage.
