PIAP – PAHANG INTERNATIONAL AVIATION PARK

  • The Pahang International Aviation Park (PIAP) project is designed by AEROTREE to enhance and promote the aviation industry in the country as well as the for our immediate neighbors in the ASEAN region.
  • With the support of our industry partners and the respective government agencies, at the federal and the state level, we hope to be the forerunner in the setting up of this ambitious project which we believe will contribute tremendously in the expansion of the aviation activities.
  • Pahang International Aviation Park (PIAP) covers various fields such as tourism and leisure, education and recreation.
  • Various aviation activities such as flight training, simulation centre, Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO), Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) manufacturing centre. These aviation hub can be a catalyst to give a new impact in the field of aviation in Malaysia
  • Recreational and leisure activities are provided such as golf course, beach resorts & suites, clubhouse, marina and sport complex. The scenery of South China Sea can be enjoyed added with water activities by the sea.
  • The implementation of the PIAP at Penor can upgrade the infrastructure and access point in this hub and surrounding area.
  • The quality of life in the local area can be improved through the upgrading communication system and connection between the city
  • In line with the recommendations of the Prime Minister to implement green technology in the building, the architect will take into account the aspects of green technologies into building design. Therefore, with the implementation PIAP, it can bring glory to Malaysia as a leading green aviation hub.
  • This development proposal is located in the district of Penor, Kuantan, Pahang
  • The proposed site for the development of the PIAP will be in Penor, Pahang, a quaint coastal village overlooking the majestic South China Sea. The drive from Kuantan, the state capital of Pahang, will leisurely take 25 minutes and the royal town of Pekan is just 20 minutes away. Visitors could also experince an island hopping airborne between the islands of Tioman, Redang, Pangkor and Langkawi
